Pastor Charlie had a vision from the Lord to establish an inner-city church that would reach out to the least and the lost in the inner city. Stepping out in obedience and faith, Pastor Charlie has continued to walk out the vision and the Lord has blessed his efforts as the ministry has continued to grow.

Established in 1994, Victory Christian Church has shown growth in every area, and is now getting ready to reach out in an even greater way.

The Dykeman’s gave their life over to the Lord in 1975 and have served Him since. As previous owners of WJIV Radio and current talk show hosts for WHAZ Radio’s “Share Time”, they have served over 20 years in the Christian radio ministry. The Dykemans currently serve Victory in many capacities, the most important being their constant prayer covering for the ministry.
